Christmas Day didn't come as early as I thought which we were all grateful for. But it was a great day full of gift giving, spending time with family and enjoying good food.

The day after Christmas started off early by all of us loading up in the car and going to see the new Alvin and the Chipmunks movie, the kids loved it. Then we headed over to the bowling alley to see all of the Beck clan. We bowled, ate and laughed for 3 hours. It was a lot of fun! Thanks Roxie and Wayne! Then we got home and my dad, Mark, and my 2 brother-in-laws Chad and Dan went out hunting. And of course we ended the night with a good game of cards.

You can tell by looking at us it is the day after Christmas.(we look exhausted!)
It was really cool to see pictures of Mark and Ruca in action. Thanks Dad!!
And like always our visit had to come to an end. Grandma left on Sunday and Grandpa was able to stay for a couple more days. We went and saw the nativities and Gingerbread houses at the museum. That was really cool I thought and wished grandma was there! Before grandpa left we got to take him to the BEST Chinese resturant(if you are from here) The Hong Kong. It is Riley and Mark's favorite. Thanks for coming to visit Grandma and Grandpa it was a memorable Christmas, We love you guys!!

The Christmas weekend doesn't stop there we packed up and loaded up the kids and dogs and headed to the cabin the next day. We were lucky enough to stay until after New years. We love going to the cabin. It's always a trip to remember with family, laughter, movies, games and playing out in the snow. We did have a bit of a scare though when we lost Matix overnight, but we were thrilled to find out she had made herself at home in the garage of another cabin. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa Beck!
